Hillcrest, or Hillcrest Ranch as it’s sometimes known, is a subdivision in Glendale that is located northwest of Arrowhead Ranch.  This neighborhood features single-family homes that, by and large, were constructed in the mid-1990s.  There are homes in a variety of builder styles and floorplans, ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to upwards of 5,000 square feet.

Things To Do: Outdoor activities in and near this area of Hillcrest include the Peoria Regional Preserve, Thunderbird Mountain Preserve, and Adobe Dam Regional Park, as well as dozens of community and neighborhood parks nearby such as Victory Lane Sports Park, Skunk Creek Linear Park, and Hidden Meadows Park.  Golf courses in and near this area include the Arrowhead Country Club, Bellair Golf Club, Blackstone Country Club, Sun City Country Club, and the Willow Creek Golf Course among others.
