North Canyon Ranch is a subdivision between Happy Valley Road to the north, Pinnacle Peak Road to the south, between 40^th Lane and 35^th Avenue in Glendale.  The distinct neighborhoods within this map area are West North Canyon Ranch, Daybreak at North Canyon and Palm Estates.  This area is home to single-family homes mostly constructed in the late 1990s, with 3-4 bedrooms, ranging from 1,300 to over 2,600 sq feet in size.
