On this map, the Trilogy/Vistancia area is north and west of the 303 freeway.  The two major subdivisions within this area are Vistancia and Trilogy, along with the neighborhood of Coldwater Ranch.

The newer subdivision built by Shea Homes consists of single family homes in Trilogy at Vistancia which start at 1,300 square feet.  There are other builders with a variety of floorplans. Trilogy at Vistancia is a 55+ active adult community.  The Blackstone subdivision by Toll Brothers in Vistancia features single-family luxury homes with seven single-level floorplans ranging from 2,412 to 3,834 square feet.   Condominium complexes within this area include the Village at Vistancia.
