On this map, the area of West Wing is south of Westwing Parkway, down to Happy Valley Road to the south.  West Wing is known for its eponymous West Wing Mountain, in the Peoria West Wing Mountain Preserve.  West Wing is a master-planned community with 1,711 homes.  There are several builders of these homes, from Camelot Homes and its luxury homes in both Altamont and Hillsborough at West Wing, to Pulte Homes and its larger single-family homes with up to 5-6 bedrooms.

This map area of West Wing is also home to Cibola Vista, a community of semi-custom homes constructed by US Home and Lennar, all of which are situated on half acre size lots.  Cibola Vista residents enjoy views of both West Wing and Sunrise Mountains.  The Cibola Vista condominiums are also within this map area of West Wing.
